Stripping is done by our trained workers when concrete is strong enough to support its weight or loads that will carry. The required period will be established by specifications given by test engineers. We also strip verticals, such as columns and walls, and stairs, free form, too.
In formwork, we do footings and pads. Any type of vertical form, our specialty are decks. We are specialized in PERI material. We do scaffolds as well.
Flying forms known as table forms are used in high rises, which help to build floors fast. Our workers are experienced in table forms and have Fall Protection approved by WorkSafeBC.
Reshoring is used when a recently stripped concrete slab has to be supported by shores. Our competent workers know how to reshore with all types of post shores, such as Ellis or PERI shores, as being seen on the plans.
Concrete repair is used when a crack affects the performance of one part of construction you pour and has to be restored to its structural characteristics. We fix cracks and honeycombs, adapting to the inspector’s instructions, and using the material and procedures which are being asked for.
We do concrete pouring such as footing, pads, curbs, columns, walls, stairs, crane holes and small parts of slabs, etc.… Leveling is being done to the pour height indicated and smoothened out to any formwork that it requires.
Shotcrete finishing is done by our accomplished employees with a long time of experience in this trade.
Labour cleaning is provided during the process, as well as organizing the material and maintenance.
Post-construction cleaning is a service we offer as well, done to new or renovated buildings.
Foreman is recommended with a crew of four or more laborers. Foreman is directly in touch with our operations supervisor.

Chipping and Cleaning

Chipping, grinding, patching, different types of sacking for exterior and/or interiors. Repair: floors, walls and ceiling. We are able to do any job using a Genie lift and/or swing stage.

Planters, ramps, curbs, windows, stairs, self levelling plano.

Please note that in order to commence any Project a Letter of Approval is needed from the Contractor as well as your billing process such as cut off dates, processing time. If applicable please attach a letter of specifications as to the preference of material/procedures.
